COVID-19 -safety procedures
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic new safety procedures have been in place to protect both myself and my clients. Before contacting me to book a treatment please read all of the information below.
Prior to your treatment appointment
On the day before your scheduled appointment I will contact you by phone or text to check you are in good health and neither yourself or a member of your household has had any COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who either currently has COVID-19 or has had it in the past 14 days. If you or a household member is unwell or you have been in contact with someone who is or has been unwell, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment. This is to protect both you, myself and our families.
On the day of your treatment and arrival at my premises
If possible, please wear a mask while attending your appointment. You should have this on when entering the property and not remove it until you have left. I will be wearing a face mask at all times. Hand sanitiser will be provided. The treatment couch will be covered in fresh couch roll on your arrival and this will be safely disposed of once you have left.
It is important you understand there are no waiting or toilet facilities available. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not before. If you do arrive early please remain outside in your vehicle until I contact you to confirm you can now enter the premises. It is important I have time to prepare the treatment room in order ensure your safety on entry.
Paying for your treatment
It is preferred that you pay for your treatment either by bank transfer or cheque, though I do still accept cash payments.
